We arrived late at night (about 10pm) and the owner came out to greet us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. After we put our bags away, he offered us tea, sitting by the riverside while we admired the gorgeous view of the tombs. The breakfast was served by his wife and always asked if we wanted more bread. Great place if you have young children. There is a lovely hammock and a baby swing. My son took his first few steps here - very ephemeral.

Neat location on the river with amazing view of the rock tombs. Long walk to the central part of town, well worth taking a cab. Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The pension rooms surrounded a nice garden area and dock with lots of seating. We stayed only one night, but they agreed to let us have late check out the second day for an additional 15 euro. Hot water in the shower didn't work at first, but after we advised the owners of the problem it started working again. Very good breakfast. Nice family-run establishment.

Loved it here. The service was fantastic, they greeted us with biscuits and tea after we settled into the spotless room. One of the best bathrooms I had in Turkey as well (Still no stall for the shower, but everything was shiny and new and so so clean). Breakfast served under the trees by the river overlooking the rock tombs. Very reasonable price as well.

we originally planned 1 night at Dalyan, but stayed on a seconf this pesnion was so welcoming. Clean, bright, simply but pleasantly furnished. Very helpful owners, delicious food. Eating breakfast on the water front was a real treat. They called the town boat to come and pick us up to go down to the beach. Very relaxing, quiet, just a short stroll into the town of Dalyan.
