We stayed here for only 4 hours after booking the Dalyan Checkout with Thomson. We stayed in a nice hotel in Ovacik and expected the same. THIS PLACE WAS HELL!

We opened the door to room 8 to be greeted by a cockroach limbo dancing under the bathroom door. The room had not been cleaned, the bin was overflowing and wet, dirty towels were thrown in the sink. The bed was full of ants and the balcony door didn't shut properly!

The loungers were filthy and covered with leaves. The "pool" better known as the wet hole in the floor was full of leaves and has no shallow end.

Do not stay here - only good thing i have to say is bar prices are good!

We were put here for a few hours after an excursion to wait for our flight home. Looked nice as we walked into the hotel, and then we saw our room.
The room had literally a bed and some shelves, nothing else. the bathroom had NO towels** and no working light and ants crawling everywhere. The room had no working air con, the bedding was dirty and wet, and also the door couldn't be locked from the inside so anyone could walk in. We decided to try and spend the whole time in the local toen to get away from the hotel, we strongly advice to AVOID this hotel as out experience was horrible!

We were put in this hotel for a couple of hours, just as a stop over between the end of an excursion and the flight home, so didn't stay. It looks like an older hotel that has just been bought and completely refurbished. The room was completely re-done, with just the last few fittings to be completed- eg light in wall unit yet to install. 2 storeys of rooms around a courtyard and pool. Is going to make a very quiet, select place to stay. Room was tight and I'm guessing they don't cater for kids. Dinner was light but very tasty. They were only cooking for us 6 transitional guests. Had the feeling they weren't actually open to staying guests yet.
