This is a very simple yet very nice hotel. We stayed just one night. Parking was right out in front. Room is simple but comfortable. Shower hose broke but was fixed right away. Walls were a bit thin -- you could hear water being used in other rooms. There was a neat skylight in the bathroom which we opened for fresh air, then awoke at dawn to the sounds of a crowing rooster so had to close it. It is a short walk to the old town sights.

This pension is just outside the walls, and just far enough away to avoid the terrible smell which permeated the centre of the old town. It is very comfortable and clean and excellent value for money.

Couldn't find much to fault and having a good restaurant attached was very convenient.

I was really impressed by this guest house. The room as seen on the brochure didn't do it justice, really beautiful turquoise colour scheme - so relaxing. Towels even made into the shape of swans! En-suite shower for 110 Ley (30 Euro). Absolutely immaculate. The manager, Mona even taught me some Romanian every day I was there. There is a beautiful airy restaurant hung with the owner's son's own paintings: local scenes with mellow colours - the food excellent. In the morming ambient music would be put on at breakfast - so relaxing! German and English speaking too. I highly recommend this place for anybody, particularly the lone traveller it is extremely friendly. Really special find.
