This hotel won it's architech Charles Correa an award for marvellous architecture. The hotel uniquely blends into the natural contours of the rocks on the hill between Ashok and Eve's beach and now belongs to the famous Meridian group.

Super facility, neat pristine beach, awesome property , a staff that needs all possible accolades. We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Ashoka Beac Resort, the beach location is amazing and the resort is situated in the quieter area of Kovlam. Although the hotel was almost full it never felt crowded and you wouldn't have to rush to get a lounger by the pool. Only thing we want to add is the cost of the room which is very cheap.

As the name suggests this was kerala discovered. It was a good mixture of the traditional and the modern. The beach was good but seemed to have been overexploited of late. The beach would have been great had there been better maintainece but alas over tourism was having its impact.

Last summer I visited this place and was amazed by the beauty.
Kerala is sheer beauty, the lakes, the paddy field, the fresh air and the green surroundings.
The hotel is in a good location and is good value for money.
If you have to splurge then Leela is nearby.
I was very happy with the room service and the clean food.
