The rooms were ok....nothing great but nothing to complain about either. The younger kids that work there were really good with service, but the manager and main people at the desk not so service oriented. It is obvious that they are not expecting return visitors. I was there with a tour group for 1 week. We wanted to swap a room that was a single to a double and move one of the people who was having problems. We were told to come down the next evening and they would take care of it. That person was supposed to be back to work the next day at 4pm. We stopped at the desk and asked about it at 1230 when we saw that the manager was there and was basically laughed at. We were informed in a very rude manner that if we wanted to do that we needed to be there before noon. Even one of the people who had been there the night before and heard us being told to cme down after 4 said we needed to be there before noon. Then when scheduling the shuttle to the airport, they assured me that 1 hour ahead was enough. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I left 2 hours ahead and barely made it through security in time to catch my flight. There was obviously a cruise ship that had just docked and all of those people were there to catch flights as well. OK for a night before a cruise or after a cruise, but I wouldn't recommend it for a land vacation.
