Stayed here for 2 nights at $110 a night as it was late May and he said he wasnt charging summer rates yet. The view was amazing and right out your window. It sits on a bluff overlooking the bay. The room was very small with 2 doble beds, a chair, a small desk, coffee maker and tv, it was very clean though. The wifi was free and working while we were there but there was no breakfast yet. The bathroom was nice size and clean with lots of hotwater. I would stay here again and recommend it for people not planning on spending alot of time in your room.

There are many newer places to stay in Homer, but none have a better view of Cook Inlet. Bay View Inn sits high on the hill. Our room was small and crowded, yet very clean, and the beds were fine. A portable electric heater is the only heat source. The shower is small, but works well. Wifi is free. There are breakfast items available, and the town has many colorful restaurants.

a real dump cramped quarters, internet wouldn't work; breakfast in open outdoor area with temperatures in the 50's. Nice view but there is nothing else to recommend it. It is priced like it is modern motel, but it's just a old worn out dump.,

I can say nothing good about this place - except Fantastic View. The rest was attrocious. Rooms were more like workers huts with 2 very old beds squashed into one tiny room. Small space heater and crappy TV. Bathroom was tiny & old. The breakfast is served in the open in an open sided bungalow, no fridge and bare basic food, no service.
DO NOT waste your money
