We enjoyed our first stay in Homer at this location. The rooms were large with great views. Great staff. The rooms were well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the activities of an RV Park next door as we also have an RV in Minnesota. Our first impression was not great from seeing it while driving as we don't make advanced reservations. We did return for a closer look and found it to be a good place to stay, so the first impression was deceiving.

We stayed here to attend a high school swim meet the next morning. It served the purpose well - great place to flop for the night. Very clean, comfy beds, and quiet. It was easy to smuggle the dogs in and out.

Motel-style rooms, but clean and comfortable, and set on a hillside overlooking the water and mountains beyond. Rooms have balconied for admiring the view. The front desk was very helpful with arranging day trips. There is a short (but steep) walk down to tbe beach as an added bonus.

This is an older property with rather plain rooms but it's location & views makes it worth considering. The rooms are large with microwave & small frige and all face cook inlet and the mountains.... great views and a nice deck to sit and enjoy. Also has a path to the beach for a pleasant walk. There are 3 buildings on the hill side facing the inlet but only the lower building (pictured in their website) has unobstructed views. The others look over the lower buildings. Spend a little extra and go for the ocean front units. Only thing that kept me from giving it 4* is that the walls are a bit thin & you can hear your neighbors. I'd stay here again
