“Sumptuous Accomodation, Personalized Service, Amazing Breakfast”

We stayed at Hidden Creek for one night while driving between Denali and Homer. Ron & Michelle were gracious enough to let us do 3 loads of laundry in their fabulous new High Efficeincy machines, a lifesaver after several days of hiking and cabin living.
The Wildflower room is fresh, warm and lovely with an absolutely sumptuous bath. Linens are of the highest quality and I just sunk into the comfy bed. We loved the ability fo relax in the guest living room and help ourselves to freshly made coffee, tea and drinks.
Breakfast was gourmet with a personalized menu featuring 7 made to order choices (not counting starting with juice, coffee or tea, fruit plate and orange cranberry bread.) I chose the Whole wheat burrito filled with cilantro scrambled eggs, tri-color peppers, reindeer sausage & pepper jack cheese. Stunning! My husband opted for the Buttermilk pancakes with wild Alaskan blueberries and a side of reindeer sausage. He loved every bite. Michelle prepared a lovely meal in spite of having her arm in a cast!
Conversation around the breakfast table with our hosts and other guests was lively and fun. Michelle and Ron gave us a good recommendation for dinner and even provided coupons in the room for local attractions. We never felt rushed and were well taken care of.
An immaculate, high end bed and breakfast worth every penny.

Room Tip: Each room is lovely. The Wildflower room is the least expensive but is still very large with a huge...

“Hidden Paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 September 2011

From the moment that we arrived at our cozy and luxurious accommodations at Hidden Creek B&B, we knew that we had found a perfect spot to spend the next couple of days. We were immediately greeted by our friendly hosts Ron & Michelle who made us feel right at home. In our beautiful room we found "to die for" chocolate chip cookies and it was the beginning of a wonderful stay. The highlights of our trip was an awesome hike to Crow Pass, with Ron as our expert guide; Michelle's fantastic gourmet breakfasts & delicious daily treats, and a full day wildlife adventure tour on Prince William Sound. On a scale of 1 to 10, this B&B is a perfect "10". Thank you Ron & Michelle for making us feel so welcome and for doing such an excellent job at what you do!!!

“Best in the Area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 September 2011

In early Sept 2011 we booked for one night to fill in our travel schedule. The "fill in" turned out to be the best lodging we had during our week in Alaska. The built-for-purpose B&B has all guest rooms at the lower level. All rooms were very nice (and full) and every one of the guests seemed very satisfied with the accommodations. Breakfast was nice, with all guests eating as a group --- this was a great moment to share travel experiences.

Don't be fooled as you drive into the area --- it is a ski community developed maybe 15-20 years ago. This place is the newest of the bunch, and you won't be disappointed.

“Splendid, fabulous!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 September 2011

This is the best B & B we have ever stayed in, period! Unfortunately, we only were able to stay for one night because of our travel schedule. We hope to stay here again at the beginning and end of our next trip. Ron and Michelle made us feel very much at home and oh so comfortable! We stayed in the Enchanted Forest Room, with king sized bed, sofa, TV and luxurious bath with double shower. There is a lovely common room complete with fridge, coffee, tea and fireplace. The private entrance is very convenient and allows guests to come and go without disturbing anyone else. Yummy cookies were there for us when we arrived. Breakfast was just wonderful - far beyond expectations. We are looking forward to our next visit to Alaska, and our stay at this beautiful B & B!

Room Tip: Any room here would be great.

“Pure Luxury!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 September 2011

Because of our tight timetable travelling around Alaska, we unfortunately only stayed one night at this most wonderful B&B. We would have loved to have stayed much longer as it was indeed the most delightful and luxurious place to stay. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest Room, complete with huge king size bed, sofa, TV, wireless internet, and huge double shower and use of the shared living room which had a fridge and coffee making facilities. There were extras in the bathroom should you have forgotten anything and delightful cookies on arrival. In the morning we were greeted by Michelle and Ron, cooking a marvellous breakfast whilst we admired the surroundings and talked to them about their adventurous travels. If we where lucky enough to visit Girdwood again, we would be sure to stay at this beautiful home.
