Nice hotel away from the congestion of downtown. Enjoyed happy hour, and the shuttle service was great.

I stayed 2 days there, the room was good, was very clean. The pool was great, surrounded by the hotel. It has also a complete gym in the ground floor. Also the restaurant of the hotel is a Denny's, so the food is very good and tasty. One of the best hotels I have stayed.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel just outside the city and nearer the airport. Free beers happy hour daily from 5-6 pm, nice rooms, best hotel pool I've ever expereinced, nice staff, free internet, safety deposit boxes and luggage storage, free breakfast at the Denny's next door.

Our family of 4 started our Costa Rican trip here and as I've learnt from previous experience you need a good location when starting a trip ... why... 1. Jetlag (Flew in from EU) 2. Baggage doesn't always arrive 3. Had to acquire the rental car the next day because the office shut. 4. Quiz the locals and fellow tourists for travel tips. As it turned out our baggage was lost so shopping for replacements in San Jose was better than say Fortuna. So location was good when dealing with this. The hotel itself was nice, clean and the service was good. I would have normally just recommended this hotel but I have to tell everyone this. I decided to get a deep tissue massage in the SPA. The actual SPA itself is nothing special but I ended up with a therapist named Jan (if I remember rightly). Deep tissue .. oh yes. I could hardly walk afterwards. I limped up to my room and had a deep sleep. The next day is was still somewhat "tender" but as time went on I noticed that a few of my ongoing problems in my legs and back had disappeared. After 3 days my body was enjoying a state of flexibility I hadn't known in years. So my I would definitely recommend the deep tissue massage and probably the jucuzzi. 5 Star rating on those 2 things. I would gladly stay here again.
