The people are just not helpful. Management is but by the 3rd time you are talking to them about it -- it becomes a hassle. I got the wrong information about charges -- for phone calls, internet, the spa and check-out -- from the desk people. So, no matter how well I slept once I was in the room, having to figure things out, rely on the answers only to find out one got the wrong information is frustrating. It certainly isn't a 5 star place that it says it is. Though it is safe, clean, good looking and ideally located in Escazu.
Room Tip: the club lounge is very nice, and worth it with free calls, wifi and unlimited espresso drinks.

We feel frustrated that you found our staff not helpful and that you were given the wrong information about charges for some of our services. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences we did caused you. I have put together our front office staff to share your comments with them and to prevent this situation form happening again.
