A short walk to the beach, short walk to the park. The price was great for four people, two parents and a young adult couple. Full kitchen and dining room/living room with a separate king size bedroom.

The manager was helpful, proficient in English and answered the multitude of questions that we had about the area. Great location, would recommend it. Clean, small and a relief from the busy pace of the beach.

This hotel is very close to the National Park, a 5 minute walk, but I was not impressed with the ammenities. If what you are looking for is being close to the Park then it is a great location. But there are much nicer hotels that are closer to the beach and cost less. If I could do it all over again, I would stay somewhere closer to the secluded beach located up the hill. Overall the stay here was okay, but staying close to the National Park I realized was not a big deal as you can experience the National Park in a couple of hours. There really is no need to stay close to the Park as there are no lines or anything like that. I guess what I am trying to say is, its not a big deal to stay that close to the National Park.

I ended up at this hotel because the hotel I wanted was booked, and I got a referral. It was a nice enough hotel, but not for the price I was paying. The air conditioning worked but only with great effort. The pool was minimal. The room was clean and comfortable. But there were plenty of cabinas and hotels on the same road that offered the same thing for a much, much lower price. You can do better.

We were a bit concerned when some of the hotels of our package were changed, but as it turned out, everything worked out well. This hotel had a unique setup. Only has 3 floors with each floor having a master suite with kitchen, living room with an adjoining hotel room. This worked well for the 3 of us. It was especially nice as we had to top floor with balcony in front and in the rear of the building. Staff was extremely helpfull in arranging ATV tour and a with connections at El Avion Restaurant, we got the BEST TABLE in the HOUSE for a beautiful sunset dinner. It was nice to hear the housekeep staff singing in the morning, not to mention the Monkeys, Birds, and short walk to both the entrance to Maneul Antonio Reserve and the beach area.
