I recently stayed at Si Como No in the beginning of Feb 2012. The property was beautiful. They have 2 lovely pools. A great breakfast buffet included in the somewhat expensive room fee. We stayed in a superior room and had an amazing view. There are no TV's in the room. I wouldn't have cared, except the night life is totally lacking and there isn't much to do at night, unless you want to go watch a disney movie in their nice movie theater on the site. All the tours offered at the hotel are approximately 10 dollars more than what other hotels are offering. There is great wifi offered throughout the hotel EXCEPT in the rooms, unless you are lucky and are close to the lobby to catch it. Once again, if there was stuff to do at night I wouldn't have cared, but basically the hotel closes down at 9pm, pool, bar, etc. It was quiet and relaxing and I decided to try out the spa. A few days before I was in Arenal and had an amazing experience at the Los Lagos Spa. The spa seems new and not totally functional at Si Como No. It was not the most warming waiting area. I was rushed in and though the rooms were lovely and seemed clean, I was told to get undressed a get on the table. No robe or slippers offered. That would all be great if I wasn't paying $155 USD for just a 50min massage and 30 min mini facial. It was offered as there "Pick Me Up" package. After I did the math, I could of had a full 50 min massage and 60min full facial for 20 dollars more. Total waste. The massage was just ok and so was the facial. Mediocre for what I expected since I've been to many spa's and just had a great experience at half the cost in Arenal. Regardless, the hotel is beautiful, people were nice, pool was pretty, good happy hour til 6pm. A little expensive for what it is. They could offer more for the price you are paying. Oh and there is construction on site currently, it didn't seem to bother us since we were not there during the day. Overall My experience was more positive than negative but I would skip this hotel if I went back and try another.

We chose Si Como No to have our wedding with and could not have been more pleased! Our wedding was on the beach and the reception at one of their restaurants at the hotel. Our guest list was 30 people and they accommodated that number perfectly. The room we stayed in (#52) had a great view and was very comfortable. The food was excellent in every way and the staff was amazing. Thank you Si Como No for great memories!

Staff are excellent. Rooms very comfortable - ours had two double beds with large bathroom and shower.

My family hosted a wedding here and the staff could not have done a better job. They all speak great English which made it very easy on everyone there. The pools are great, views are incredible, and the beach is a 5 min bus or taxi ride away. Would recommend this place to anyone who has the money to spend.
