Really enjoyed my stay here and it was the best value accomodation and the nicest in my 4 week trip. Vera, the quirky owner, is a lovely lady who was really helpful in advising lots of things (good restaurants, best beaches, best place to hire a bike etc). It is a really nice setting with a garden and chairs & hammocks scattered about the place & a stone's throw from the centre of town. Free wifi is good (enabling me to write this from my iPhone in my room). Would definitely recommend this place.

After staying in another hostel, we decided to move to Jacaranda. The cabins lie in a beautiful garden where all day long you can see little birds flying around. The room has a lot of windows which let in a lot of light but perfectly close at night. The beds are perfect and the room is just the right size. The bathroom is spacious and hot water worked perfect. You've got your own little front patio to sit on with chairs, a table and a hammock. Because the cabanas are right in a jungle garden, you're always in the shade which makes for some nice temperatures. The hotel is right out the centre, so very peaceful but also only a three minute walk to the main street. The owners were lovely, making sure our 4 day stay went smoothly ... had a great time in PV and Jacaranda was a helpful part of it!

I stayed here for 4 nights and truly loved the place. It has a beautiful, jungle like garden in the courtyard and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff took great care of me and were a pleasure to talk with. I would definitely stay here again, as it was an incredible deal and a wonderful setting.

What a magical paradise. This small and intimate hotel is amazing. The ladies (Veera and Noemy) who greet you and take care of all your needs are the best part of the hotel. They are so nice, helpful and instantly make you feel welcome. The beautiful gardens make you feel like you're in another world. I would sit in the gardens every morning checking in with work and family on the computer. The rooms are darling and give you privacy with your own bathroom and hot water. The location is perfect because just a few blocks from the ocean and the town. I turned into a cat person being at Jacaranda because Kitty Kat is the coolest most chill cat you'll ever meet. I hung out everyday with the cat, the wonderful ladies and the beautiful setting. Thank you for having us, we will be back! It's a must.
