From the nicely appointed rooms, 5-star service, amazing scenery and delicious food we had a fabulous time! Definitely will recommend this place.

How does it get any better than this? The hotel is an oasis of architectural charm.The grounds are beautifully maintained, delightful to walk around and take in the magical charm of the abundance in Costa Rica.The service was exceptional and caring. The meals were yummy and beautifully presented in the elegant dinning room. The wood burning fireplace in the lovely large bedroom, made evenings cozy, especially when it was raining. I will visit this phenomenal hotel again.

Spent a great week long workshop at this hotel recently. Even in rainy October, it was a delight. Wonderful restaurant and staff. Room was clean, hot water in the shower, internet in my room too - a little fussy occasionally with the weather, but most of the time was always connected. There's a little river and waterfall a quick walk from the property. Great retreat if you simply wish to get-away for a re-charge! No pool, which was no big deal as if felt like you were in the high mountains. A hot-tub or spa would have been really fun... what else is possible?

Stayed at the Hotel Chalet Tirol for 7 days in October and just loved it! The staff is wonderful, and the customer service is superb! The meals were delicious, and served in a beautiful atmosphere. The room was great with comfy beds and a cozy fireplace. I would totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Costa Rica!
