This hotel is wonderful in every way. The exterior is very unique and reminds me of an old southern plantation. The light green color with white trim is very attractive as is the landscaping. Then you walk in the door and meet the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The interior is just as beautiful as the exterior but it is the staff that makes this hotel the most attractive. They went out of their way to make us and the other guests feel welcome and met our every request with a smile. Our room was spacious and very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. An added bonus was the Cracker Barrell Restaurant located next door within walking distance allowing us to get a good meal and some much needed exercise after a long trip.

We came to town to watch the Alabama College Girls softball regionals. We got the information on the hotel from a family friend that works for a hotel chain. We got there a little before check in time and the agent behind the desk said your room is not ready yet but let me check you in and all you have to do when you get back is pick up your key. I had told her why we were in town. We did not get back to the room until 10:30 pm and the rooms were ready for us and they were very neat and welcoming. This hotel was vey close to the University campus were we were for 2 days. Plus it was close to the interstate. We will be staying at this location again. Thank you

My sister had made the reservations for us as her granddaughter was graduating from college. My husband and I had stayed at Comfort Inns before, so I was pleased she had made this choice as we had always enjoyed our stays. This Comfort Inn in Tuscaloosa did not let us down.
This happened to be an older inn, but well maintained - everything worked, hot water, A/C, etc. (The rugs were a bit stained, but that is to be understood with age and use.) It was an exceptionally busy weekend with many visitors in town for the graduation. However, we had the most pleasant staff interactions - the room maid, the hospitality staff, and the desk attendant. I wish I had gotten her name as she was especially helpful and pleasant. (She was on duty early Sunday morning, May 9, when we were checking out.) I have always found Comfort Inns to be reasonably priced and this was no exception. We had a wonderful visit with family and a very nice place to stay away from home.

This used to be a Key West Inn, but is now a comfort Inn. It is located on top of a hiil, next to a Cracker Barelle Restaruant. It is a nice hotel, with many grassy areas for pets. 25.00 fee one time. The beds are so comfortable, you will want to sleep all day. House keepers are the greatest part of the place as the front desk is ok. If you need anything though, they are there for you. Spacious rooms, seperate baths, micro/fridge rooms in all rooms not just select ones. Good breakfast, great waffles!!!
