Despite the bad reviews we did not have much money so we tried this hotel.-It was clean! It did not have a bad smell. And I am very sensitive to smells like mold, dust, and smoke. And we could park the car right outside the room. I felt safe(somehotel parking lots are just plain creepy). We got a fishermans discount. The lobby was hot and stuffy in mid day, but the who sleeps in the lobby? We did not try breakfast there so I can't comment on that. And the bar was across lobby from our room and we never heard anything from it. The pool was out of order, but they gave us a discount for that! -They hunted us down and gave us our discount money back after we had already paid, just because the pool was not usable that week. I thought the bed was comfortable and that is a lot coming from me. Where else could you stay that is clean and that inexpensive!?

This is not Holiday Inn. It is Emerald river hotel now and this place is better than before. Friendly staff, clean rooms, well lit up parking lot. Since my last stay was in May new management is improving this hotel. No more water leaking in the lobby and Lounge has air fixed. I recommend this Hotel for future stay.
