This is a nice, neat and modern hotel.
Well located and comfortable.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, it is expensive for the fare provided and doesn't quite spell "value for money".
The walls in the rooms are on the thinner side so anyone talking loudly in the next room might as well have been doing so in yours', which can be really irritating.
However when that happened, I was upgraded to a better room on another floor.
So, I'm not complaining :)

What to say? I was really in love with this hotel. Amazing, modern design, really nice smell in the hotel! I stayed in dozens of hotels in Shanghai, but this is my favourite one! If i have an opportunity to come back to Shanghai, I will use it again. Thank you again, and just do your best! i can recommend this hotel to everybody. Ymmm.. I almost forgot, amazing bathroom!

This motel is located right next to the Shanghai railway station and can be easily accessed by long distance or subway trains. The staff were very helpful and Concierge staff went out of their way in assisting us with railbookings and entertainment. In fact, they really went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The coffee lounge/bar was a relaxing and comfortable location and the room itself and room wervice were outstanding. I would look no further when next I visit Shanghai
