I stay in La Quinta's for a third of the year due to our company agreement with the chain and find them to be very, very hit or miss. The Houston, for example, was great through and through. This location would be a miss, by far. If you are a smoker and have no business to take care of during your stay, I can see it being ok. I used to smoke, and still found this place terrible. Entire place is supposed to be non-smoking, our room was constantly filled with smoke from the rooms next door, however. After speaking with the front desk, who stepped out every 5 minutes to light one up herself, we were told there was nothing they could do and that they had no right to go knock on the door and enforce the $250 no smoking fine. Even when I smoked, to sit in your room and chain smoke is ridiculous. Our eyes were on fire the next morning and when the manager arrived, again, nothing done to appease. The smokers seemed to be a group of contractors who also drank in the parking lot, not the biggest deal to me but just describing the scene. The problem is two fold with disrespectful guests and unaccountable staff. I was offered a free night in the future and, of course, appreciated the offer but would never stay here again. Forgot to mention that the internet never worked in our room, only the lobby and the front desk lady would not let me reset the router nor did she know how to do it herself. Cheers-

We showed up and there was a horror movie on the lobby tv and contractors drinking in the parking lot. The price was reasonable for a la quinta however the place is not up to typical la quinta standards. The second floor stunk of old spaqhetti. I pulled up the duvet cover and there was dog hair covering the sheets. Disgusting. What a hole.

We stayed here to attend a family reunion in the area. I don't usually stay at La Quintas but our choices were slim and they had great rates. It is your typical La Quinta, but it was very clean and the staff was nice and friendly. They had a small workout room and their continental breakfast was good. There are restaurants very close to the hotel (walking distance). Our stay was very comfortable and the price made it even better!

This was our first time at a La Quinta. Very pleased! Clean, modern, excellent breakfast. Loved the fact that our dogs were welcome and no additional charges. I will be staying with La Quinta on future trips.
