“Excellent Staff and Pleasant Stay. We will be back!”

stayed one night here and had excellent service and room. Everybody working there were very nice and professional. As a hilton Gold member, I was treated very well, got a room on the highest floor with unobstructed views of the beach. Room was clean, hot shower, pool, spa. The cleaning people, the waiters were super nice and professional.

Checkin person(forgot her name) was very friendly, gave us a recommendation for a restaurant with a 10% discount offer, checked on us to make sure everything was ok.

Will stay here again

Thanks to everyone who was working that day for making it a wonderful stay for us!

Room Tip: Right on the beach

The front desk staff is great. The hotel is right on the beach. We came to rest for the weekend and visit a sick friend.
It was an pleasant drive from north Al.to the hotel. Love the fish tank in the lobby. All in all its going to be a great weekend thanks to this hotel.

Carolyn D,

Thank you for choosing to stay with us on your vacation to Orange Beach! We are always getting new fish for our two fish tanks in the front lobby. Ask any front desk agent and they can feed them for you so you can see some of the ones that hide come out and eat. It's definitely a fun sight to see.

We hope that your weekend with us was everything you expected and more. Keep us in mind whenever you travel back to the area. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the future.

“A sparkling retreat from New Orleans city life:”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2012

Don't get me wrong: We love New Orleans! Nonetheless, during those hazy, hot & humid days of summer, a respite along the coast is much desired. Orange Beach was a random hit found on this site, and it was a homerun! An easy drive from Lousiana, we arrived at our destination and immediately stormed the beach...The pristine sand was pearl white. The aquamarine water was transparent with schools of fish underfoot and dolphins swimming in the distance. We were able to rent our beach loungers & umbrellas for three days from a charming young man, originally from Brazil. Back inside, the Inn was immaculate and the Southern hospitality was warm and welcoming. In addition, there is a small indoor-outdoor pool with beach chairs and a bar alongside. For meals, we were directed out to the nearby wharf for fresh seafood. One evening we drove to the heralded Florabama and enjoyed a few sets of local country tunes & cold beer at one of the oldest roadhouse venues stll standing. Upon heading back to NOLA, we traveled along Alabama byways and took an aged ferry back to the highway in Mississippi, looking forward to our return next summer...

Room Tip: Plan your trip at the end of summer season. The rates are lower and the crowds nonexistant.

“Unexpected find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

We never made it to New Orleans after discovering Orange Beach during our roadtrip from Birmingham. What started as a quick detour to shop the outlet mall, quickly turned into a three-day escape. We stayed in a oceanview suite and had a fantasic time at this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and told us the best places to each.

The property is right on the beach. The water is warm and the waves were high, definitely good enough if you have a little boogy board or something like that. The hotel seemed to be in a lot better shape then the other ones we stepped into and also way more affordable. It's also off the beaten path a little making it a quiet stay.

Room Tip: Ask for the top floor

Jets ettinjen,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our hotel. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that our team members were able to give you great advice about places to go.

Being a beachfront property definitely has it's advantages such as the amazing view from our balconies and the smell of the ocean being at our backdoor. We are also in a prime location to get to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores very quickly.

Thanks again for the kind words and we hope to see you next time you are in the Gulf Shores or Orange Beach area.
