THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!!!! WE WERE THE VICTIMS OF A KEYED BREAK-IN (MEANING SOMEONE WITH A KEY CAME INTO OUR ROOM AND STOLE ALL OUR BELONGINGS) Because this hotel uses the old key system they cannot track key entry into your room so staff has free access to enter at will and no security cameras on rooms to monitor who comes and goes... YOUR ROOM GETS CLEANED ONE WEEK AND CLEANED OUT THE NEXT!!!! Hotel insurance claims no responsibility because it can't be proven staff went in. With no cameras and no key history my question was "How can it not" ?
So please if you value even your simple items such as your blow dryer and makeup, not to mention your laptop, stay away from this cheap, dirty place. It's not worth the money you save trying to replace your stolen items.

I stay at Extended Stay quite frequently when in Montgomery, Alabama. The hotel is always clean, accessible to different freeways and affordable. The staff is friendly an efficient.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

I got this hotel on priceline with the blind bidding feature. The hotel is not in an unsafe area of Montgomery, but it isn't exactly near brand new development. If you are just passing through, then the hotel is suitable. It appears to be a preferred home for some construction type crowds that need extended stay hotels. The room did have a full size fridge and a nice sized kitchen area. I was impressed with the size.
