After a really poor stay in May 2005, I gave this hotel a second chance, and they disappointed again. I am a Gold Rewards member, and they put me into an ADA room, with a broken shower and a coffeepot that was left dirty. They fell on my list of places to stay in Montgomery, but I gave them a second chance. I had reserved, and was guaranteed, a non-smoking room. Upon check-in, I find that there was no non-smoking rooms available and they really didn't seem too bothered. Their Gold Rewards member guarantee doesn't seem to mean much here. Given a choice, definately stay at the SpringHill Suites right next door - much better value for the same money. This is a very tired property with tired employees and not much regard for business travelers that give them a lot of business year after year.
