Warren, the gentlemen who worked at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful concerning the area. The hotel allowed pets, which we did not feel like taking in, offered free WiFi, "Sunny Side" breakfast (no eggs or meat), and was located near Taco Bell and a Japanese Steak House. OK, now for the bad stuff. The hotel is old and has a smell. It's not a horrible smell, but it's there and it's strange; it's kind of the disadvantage of allowing stinky pets into the place. I think people were smoking there also as my wife found ash in our room. The hotel for the most part was a little dirty. Trash was over-flowing in most parts, esp outside; there of course was dog feces outside where people took their pets to walk and relieve themselves. We got an adjoining room, and it was two queens in one room and a couch (not a pull-out) and a chair - that was very awkward. But after driving 800 miles that day, we were in no mood to complain. The price of $70 was not that bad for both rooms, but when you add in about $10 in taxes, it probably was not worth the price. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
