I travel often for work and this is my favorite Hampton Inn.
Great employees who cater to the traveler.

The staff at this beautiful hotel made our stay. Despite a fire alarm at 9pm-no fire- and an alarm call at 6:15am we didn't request, and an elevator that didn't work at check out at 10am, the staff was very helpful and the manager apologized for our inconvenience. This extra care plus a good breakfast satisfied us while on the road to Florida.
Another plus is the location,close to great restaurants down the road.

On January 10, 2012 we received a phone call that my husbands father was in ICU and not expected to make it. We rushed from Atlanta to Montgomery in hopes that we will be able to spend one more minute with him. WE checked in under the most stressfull time and we really did not care about the rooms or the conditions. Our thoughts were at the hospital. Unfortunately he did not make it and we ended up having to stay through Wednsday. I have a large family and we all grieve in our on way. The Assistant General Manager Catrice Spence went out of her way to make sure anything we needed was there and never missed a chance to check on each and everyone of us each and every day! Quinace Oneal the night auditor continued to keep check on all of us once again never missing an opportunity to make us smile. Every morning Oyana Moorer always checked on us and maintained making us smile. This group of people went way beyond our expectations and made us miss them after we left. They became part of our family when we needed family the most!

The front desk was perfect in attitude and being courteous. I asked if the employee enjoyed his job and he said "yes!". I told him that it showed.
