Samuel "Sam" Provitt went above stands to make sure my stay was excellent. Very nice and helpfull and should be listed as top employee for company. Deserves to be recognized by company as valuable employee. Excellent manager on duty during my stay as Priority Club Member'. .

Some friends and I stayed here New Years Eve and all of us received wonderful service. The computer system was down when I went to check in and Samuel at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The rooms were relatively clean and the beds were relatively comfortable. The pillows were especially good. The hotel was an exceptionally good value.

We had an unexpected change in our travel plans and stopped over in Montgomery. It was a wonderful stay on a day that had been long. The Holiday Inn Express was the right choice with a very nice room and decent breakfast choices. It didn't disappoint and they do treat reward members well. Don't hesitate to stay here.
