The room was nice, the bed comfortable. The public areas were dirty, the tile floor in the lobby had spills and hadn't been mopped. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing they really offered were waffles, which was a sticky, dirty mess. No juice as the dispenser was out of order. The breakfast area is so small it can't accommodate all the guests. I went across the street to Waffle House to get breakfast. There were church groups of kids and it was LOUD all night. I didn't sleep, called the front desk at 2 a.m., no answer. Had to go out in the hallway and tell the kids to be quiet (where were the adults??) It amazes me that people aren't more considerate of others. Its really not the hotel's fault for that. However, for such a popular and busy hotel, they really should and can do better on breakfast and keeping the small lobby area cleaner.
