We came to town for a funeral and stayed in this hotel at hoping the the reviewers were just being harsh. The reviews are absolutely correct - this hotel is terrible. I had to change rooms as soon as I arrived becuase the shower curtain was falling down and the the border around the wall was coming down...not to mention the musty smell in the room! The 2nd room was no better as the paint was peeling off of the wall and a huge hairball was in the corner of the bathroom. I was so tempted to leave, but part of my family was also there, so I decided to stick it out. The gym equipment was old and broken. In short...stay away from this hotel. There are brand new hotels on Chantilly and much cleaner! Hope this helps someone else.- these reviews are not being overly harsh.

The 2 nights we stayed at this hotel were simply awful. Upon opening the dresser drawer we found a large pool of liquid that had been there for some time, and was growing mold. When we reported this to the front desk, they said they would send someone up. No apology was offered. No one showed up to fix it after an entire day, and we informed the staff we were placing the drawer in the hallway. In the morning, we found the SAME dirty drawer outside of our door, and it had only been wiped out. I would never stay at this hotel again. Not only was it filthy, but it was poorly run, and the staff had no sense of customer service.

My husband and I were traveling through on are way home. We had been traveling for 12hrs, so needless to say, we were ready for a break!

When we arrived at the hotel ready to check in, the front desk managed to tell us they didn't have the hotel keys!!! What!! My husband fairly upset, began to call around for another hotel. In the mean time someone arrived to bring the hotel keys!!??

We got into our room and it was very large, and fairly clean. I am a sticklar about the bathrooms. The bathrooms are so poorly decorated (need to be updated) stains on the wall, and a few hairs on the floor/bathtub. However, I knew this was just a one night stay, so blew it off!

The bed was soft/comfortable. The continental breakfast looked worthless.

Overall not so bad for a quick stay!

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms were private and quiet. The rooms were large and comfortable with great beds, chairs and other furnishings. The bathroom was clean with superb water pressure and great lighting. The television had a great selection of channels. The front desk staff was very helpful in checking in and checking out but was shortstaffed in the morning. (The desk clerk also was having to assist with the continental breakfast.) The continental breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh. Good vending machine selection. The elevator was inconveniently located but, if that's all I can find to complain about, there were no problems.
