The president of the organization and I came in Sunday evening for a business meeting the next morning at an office near the hotel. I am certainly glad he picked this hotel. From making the reservation to checkout they did everything in their power to make sure that the stay was comfortable. Anastasia ("Anna") at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly, even calling the room shortly after I arrived to make sure the room was OK.
It was nice to have the resturant / bar in the hotel open when we arrived in the evening. The food was good and not overpriced. It saved us having to go back out to find something.
I've never slept on a "sleep number" bed before but I like being able to adjust it to what I wanted. I had one of the "hypo allergenic" rooms and it lived up to its promise, which I greately appreciated.
Breakfast may not be included in the price (depending on your Hilton Honors level or pricing of the room) but was very reasonably priced, especially since any speciality items (e.g., pancakes, waffles, eggs any style) was cooked to order and delivered to your table. And, the menu selection would match any resturant in town. The area was spacious enough that we could have a conference during the meal.
We needed paperwork faxed and the front desk willingly did it for us, as they did with a duplicate copy of my statement when I misplaced it.
I've stayed at other hotels in the Mobile area but this is the nicest I've stayed thus far.
I would definately come back.
