Was in MOB for business. Booked HGI as they always deliver. Clean, comfortable and great staff. Convenient to shopping and downtown

We stayed at this Hilton for 3 days while visiting friends in Mobile, and found it to be pleasant. The staff were exceptionally nice and provided good service; and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Unfortunately their on-site restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner, not lunch. Beware that breakfast service can be spotty - one morning they opened over an hour later than scheduled, so you cannot 100% plan on them (although there is a Waffle House within walking distance as well). The location is near a freeway, so it is doesn't have much for ambience, but the access to the airport was convenient.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is conveniently located at the intersection of Airport Blvd. and I-65 in Mobile. The property was very similar to other Hilton Garden Inn locations. It is located off of the service road facing I-65 and is located near a number of restaurants and shopping options. The location was convenient for us as we visited both Dauphin Island as well as the battleship park on Mobile Bay.

Check-in was painless, the staff were uniformly friendly, and our room was very clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. The property was very quiet during our stay. I would definately stay here again if we visit Mobile in the future.

My wife and I stayed at this property because it was nearby where my son's track team was competing. The front desk made the check in process painless and quick and even provided a little goody bag with bottled water and some snacks. The lobby and the rest of the property were extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was large and comfortable. Everything in the room functioned properly and was very neat and clean. The bed was outstanding and adjustable for maximum comfort. There seemed to be an adequate amount of insulation as there was very little hallway or street noise apparent. The bathroom was spotless and very functional. The workout facility was also very nice. My only complaint at all was that the vending machine on our floor was out of most of the soft drinks so I had to go down to the "Pantry" store in the lobby to get a Diet Coke. All in all, this is a super choice for a mid priced hotel in Mobile. Great, clean rooms, nice lobby, and a very competent staff.
