We are a choice priv members and have stayed at a LOT of comfort suites. This is the worst one for cust service so far. Hotel is clean. Pool is TINY...aprx 15X25 ft. Pool was warm to swim in though. Pillows are tiny and front desk would not give us more. Felt like we were a huge burden to front desk guy when we asked him a question...very unhelpful on eveery account. I think he was more interested in listening to his headphones. I guess u can tell we were not happy with this location. Don't waste your money.

My family and friends were travelling together to go on a cruise. When we arrived, the appearance met our satisfaction along with the cleanliness of the hotel. We were starting out our great family and friends vacation! The big surprise came the next morning. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door wanting things and checking to see if we were still in the room. It wasn't until a couple hours later that we discovered that while I was in the shower, housekeeping entered the room twice and stole money to the sum of $196 out of my mother-in-law's purse and wallet. When we questioned the manager, all we got was a "I'm going to talk with my staff about entering the rooms until guests have checked out" speech. After we returned from our trip, I now think that housekeeping and management might be in this scam together. We have stayed at other Choice Hotels and have not had this problem. Just BEWARE and not stay at this one or the rooms will cost you more than the listed rate!!!!

My wife and 2 yr old daughter have asthma. We booked two rooms at this hotel due to the fact of their anti-smoking policy. When we entered the room we could smell a strong odor of air freshener. I didn't put two and two together until the following morning when my toddler pulled the lining out of the trash can and discovered marijuana stems, ashes, roaches etc etc. Obviously they were attempting to mask the odor. Luckily my wife was there before my daughter could ingest the contraband. I made the front desk aware of the situation and all they could say is we are sorry. I contacted Choice Hotels International via email after arriving home about my stay. The response I received was "we are sorry but the hotel is a franchise and they would have the hotel respond." The hotel responded with an insulting form letter addressing me as Madam. The letter stated that they talked to housekeeping. I have to question the cleaniness of the rooms there if they couldn't even remove illegal drugs from the room before letting a customer stay there. I will never stay at another Choice Hotel International hotel again.

The hotel location is fine and the rooms were nice. The staff was were terrible. Our room did not get cleaned. The beds were made and new towels were left on a pile in the bathroom! The front desk was always on the phone even when you try to talk to them. Very badly managed property.
