I stayed for two on business. When I first arrived they had cookies and water bottles in the lobby. Check in was painless and they even provided me with a bag of treats. The room was fairly standard- bed, desk, flat screen tv. The bathroom desperately needs updating. It also felt dirty. The wifi was free and they provided an ethernet cord for wired internet. Unfortunately the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything my neighbors did which at 3 am was painfully evident. The staff was always friendly and asking how I was doing. The free breakfast was very basic, but was enough for me.

Room tip- if you are on the ground floor, double check your window. My coworker found his unlocked.

Enjoyed my stay there. The room is clean and neat. Amazing customer service. The staffs were nice and helpful. Pool seemed quite decent in size. Breakfast was decent. There was some marks in tub, not sure what it was but didn't bother me too much. Plenty of stores and restaurant around. The only complaint I had was parents letting kids go wild in hallway and lobby, but it's not consistent or unavoidable.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while attending Bayfest. You could tell the hotel was older but had been renovated. The rooms had been updated with paint. The bathroom sucked. Caulking was discolored to the point where it felt icky and there was hair on the bathroom floor all 3 days. If it wasn't for Roslyn at the front desk this would have been a 2 rating at max. She was terrrific both on arriving early to helping me send a fax and find a notary. I don't know if I would stay here again, but I don't think the front desk staff should be penalized. Oh, one more thing. We stayed right across the hall from the housekeeping staff's supply room. All I can say is, forget about sleeping in late. They started opening and closing the door to that room, hard, at 8 am on Saturday and Sunday morning. arrggghhhh!

The accomodations were up to the Fairfield standards. I was really surprised with the customer service. We were greeted very warmly with a smile and a hello from everyone who worked there from the desk clerk to the person who was putting out the food for the continental breakfast. They will definitely have my business again.
