Beware of online booking and watch your charges. I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The first problem was they tried to charge us twice for our stay. My wife (who does accounting) tried to explain this to the manager who in turn told her it was not charged twice and was arrogant about it to boot. It took over a week of calling to finally get them to fix it. There was never an apology from their part. I decided to overlook this issue and made the mistake of staying there again. I booked online this time through Holtels.com. When we checked in, we were not issued our breakfast buffet tickets. When I asked them why, they told me that if you book through another company then you do not get the free breakfast. On the paperwork that is handed out to EVERY registered guest, it clearly states that “every register guest receives a free breakfast buffet”. I called holtel.com and complained. While I was on the phone with their customer service agent, they called the hotel and questioned this. The hotel service desk stated that you must have a deluxe room in order to receive this breakfast. I can assure you the couple times I stayed there before, there was no mention of that and their check in paperwork said nothing of this. Also, they gave them a different reason then what they had given me. There are plenty of hotels in that area and I can assure you I will be staying at one of those and this place will receive none of my future business and I will also make sure to educate others as to their business practices.
