The room was nice, beds confortable. Check-in daytime staff were very friendly & helpful, our door keys did not work that evening & when I went to the counter to ge help the evening staff were very snippy & acted like it was chore to help you. We were asked was it our fault that the key did not work. Breakfast at $8.95 was very nice and wait starff -excellent. But beware the bill and early resevation stated I would be chared $259.95, but once returning home when checking bank statement, hotel charged my card $300.00, supposedly when checking in they charge a one time fee of $25.00 - even adding that the bill should be only $284.95. When called they said should get that reimbursed back. Not once was this mentioned online or when checking in....TRAVELER BEWARE!

After numerous stays the staff, rooms and facilities are excellent as always. Quiet location even though adjacent to interstate 65. Front desk helpful and courteous. Will continue to stay when travel takes us to this area and would highly recommend.

Another business trip coming to an end and my 6 day stay at the Mobile Courtyard was a pleasure. From the time I checked end the staff was attentive and professional. The facility is well built and quiet. Being well built and quiet is top on my list when staying at a hotel, a noisy facility means I never stay there again. The workout room had exactly what I wanted and there indoor pool meant you didn't have to contend with the afternoon mosquitoes. My third room room was very comfortable and as always, the Courtyard mattress’s are the best.
The market place was well stocked and they did a great job on the breakfast buffet. I will be staying here again on my next Mobile trip.
