The bed sheets did not fit the bed. The bathroom had a big rust stain on the ceiling and the shower curtain did not keep the floor from getting wet. The grille on the a/c was filthy. Carpets in halls were dirty. The breakfast area wasn't clean regularly. Cereal was wasted all over counter and the waffle mix was everywhere.

Totally GROSS! Lizards in our bed, stains everywhere and used shampoo and soap in the room! YUCK! YUCK! YUCK!

The out side area was well kept. Our room was big but it was not clean. The window sill was filthy as was the grille of the airconditioning unit. The breakfast bar was poorly maintained and oft times out of coffee and sweet buns. It did not have a milk dispenser like the juice te milk was left in its container and sat in a pan of ice. Our bath room had a water leak. I think that this hotel is severly understaffed. Housekeeping staff should be upgraded. The floors in our room was never cleaned instead of vacuuming the room was sprayed with a deodorizer. The noise from the room above ours made it hard to sleep.

I don't know how this place stays in business. The people were rude, the room was dirty, the floors were filthy, there was trash under the beds, and the carpet was badly stained. The bathroom walls were nasty!! I don't think they ever wipe off the light switch covers, they were disgusting! There were 4 large garbage bags parked outside our door for several hours in the hallway with not a soul in sight for removal. The coffee pot did not work. Actually, it appears that very little WAS working at this hotel, including the maid and service staff. It's hard to find a decent hotel/motel in Mobile, but please avoid this dump. Don't waste your time or money.
