My 1st trip to stay at this hotel (4 bedroom) after reviewing from thier hotel web seems nice & cozy...however, it's a bad experience for my family...1st impression when checked in the room, 'Musky' smell, carpets stained with iron marked everywhere, air con super dirty and dusty ...seems like never clean before, toliets flushing problem and doors bad shape. Telephone operator service rude and worst still after lodged complaints no apologize where made!! Breakfast selection limited and we got to self service to take the fork & spoon !Eventhough great location but no value for money!! We will never come back again!

Front desk staff need a serious attitude change. Rooms are not as clean or as comfortable as what is expected of such a hotel. Some bed bugs and bites throughout the night which is not acceptable in this day and age. And the hotel seems to lack sound management and leadership from the top which creates for the sort of atmosphere and problems that maybe exist in the hotel. I think one has to be reasonable in how long a guest has to also wait for his room but making a guest wait till 5pm is I think very unreasonable given we arrived at lunch time and had paid for the entire day.

Can be improved but management needs to buck up.

Its my 3rd time I've stayed in this hotel since it opened, previous stay was in mid 2009. My last stay here in March 2011 was slightly dissapointing! The service have dropped, food quality have gone from bad to worst and the rooms shows signs of age.

(1) Location is GREAT, its nearby all the Tourist Attractions and Mahkota Parade.

(2) Ample parking space however DO NOT FORGET to receive your complimentary parking coupon from the receptionist.

(3) Breakfast is OK. However, if you're slightly grossed out by the oily food, you can always walk over toward Mahkota Parade. Lots of Coffeeshops & Restaurants nearby.

(4) Book Online, its cheaper and make sure you call IF you decide to walk-in. Seri Costa is normally quite packed, we were lucky to have booked a room last-minute and plus it was a weekday!

(5) For what you pay, really its OK. Can't complain much.

Good location with reasonable walking distance to Jonker Walk, historic places. Room was not clean as I was bitten by bedbugs and had to visit the 24hours Mahkota Medical Center in the middle of the night (4+am). I can see dust collected on the wooden bed frame and cupboard. Buffet breakfast is average (so-so). Not recommended for those who have sensitive skin medical issues. The carpark is provided but it is not free of charge. The hotel will provide you with 8 pieces of carpark coupons and you have to buy extra coupons from them if you need more times to shop around the areas without driving out (please bear in mind that parking is free from 6pm-8am daily).
