Hi friends, want to share my exerience of Bevvan room, which was horrible in the least. We stayed in room no.201 in Jan,2012 details are as follows- the hotel is lacking in basic amenities like hot water and electricity in the bathroom!!!!!. moreover room is very small, bathroom has no locks and air conditioner switch is at backside of the room . On going to bed we discover other ocupat of te room "BED BUGS". When we informed about bed bugs to the veerji(hotel owner/manager) he sent one waiter with empty HIT spray which obviously was useless and as he could himself see the BED BUGS he promised to refund the money in the morning but refused to change our room and due to late hour we were stuck in that room till morning needless to say seepless night was not the best start we had plannd for our holiday. When we met the manager in the morning to check out and asked for refund at 7.30am he said that he didn't have the keys to the safe and asked us to come back after 2 hours. 2 hours later we are met by assistant who denies any knowledge of refund even though she is aware of the whole story. The issue here is not only lack of service and amenities but basic decency and honesty ....which is lacking in the managment of the Bevvan, so other than BED BUGS totally unscrupulous managment await you at Bevvan.

I would lik to share my exp staying in bevvan resorts this new year.the hotel staff organised a special night for new year which was very nice.I have been to several hotels around the world but this stay was value for money.As the food is excellent, I am a north indian and it was hard to find well cooked north indian food around baga.Staff was very cooperative and i had an amazing time with my family.

Hi guys, recently visited this resort in goa and I'll tell you it is pathetic. Yes managed ny the mansha group who have been in this business for quite some time seem to have appointed a stupid person to manage things out there. There is no hot water at all, forget "hot" at times there is no water at all. They have the excuse of piping change, which was never been done there. Generators are simply pathetic, new AC's (Koryo) are on / off...Guests are not treated well inspite of being a family resort. Swimming pool is too small..4-5 people and it's crowded..Unnecessarily expensive without any services and yes the rates vary minute to minute !! You have to pay your food bills the moment your done eating (who the hell does that)....Guys there are hundreds of better places..give this a miss !! Absolutely disappointing !!

I have booked hotel in November 2011 my experience was very horrible. This hotel dont have basic amientis like Hot water,Telephone, Room servicing, News paper and many other. The Manager & his associate (lady) was shameless,arrogant & irresponsible. Please stay away otherwise you loss you hard earn money.
