The Glitz although managed by the Neelam's The Grand staff is a different and better property. Located close to Calangute (10 minutes walk to the beach).The overall feeling of the hotel is very warm & soothing.The property is upmarket & well maintained with responsive staff.The rooms are well furnished keeping the modern taste in mind.

The Restaurant Managed by the so called famous "Souza Lobo" is not upto the mark; the food & the restaurant management let down the property a bit.The buffet menu is repetitive with very ltd. options to choose from.We stayed here for 4 days and the menu consisted of "Mashed Potatoes","Boiled Eggs","Steamed Tomatoes","Bread","Masala Omelette (Pre-cooked)","Cornflakes".Every single day the same tasteless menu without any variations was disheartening.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the roadside view are pleasant & recommended

I was not expecting much for a three star but was surprised and impressed. its a small hotel but with a big heart. The pool is small but intimate and ideal for relaxing. The staff are all very friendly. The hotel has a lovely restaurant which is run by famous chef Souzo Lobo. The food served for lunch and dinner is amazing (great seafood) and at great prices.
The room was huge and very clean and had good features such as a large screen tv, sockets for international connections, a kettle, a safe and lots of space and a very nice size bathroom.
The location is very good as it minutes walk away from the Calangute shops and close to Candolim. Calangute beach is not a long walk away and its a quick drive to Baga, Anjuna and Saligao.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the breakfast was limited and I could not make international calls from my room. Tops marks for everything else. I would stay again.
