The food here is excellent, specially the pizza's. Candle light setup and romantic music just perfect for a romantic evening. My husband loved it. The huge banyan tree was beautiful it added to the beauty of the restaurant. Staff was excellent, wash rooms were really clean.

One of the most horrible experiences , its not even worth being rated a 1 Star hotel.

Few of the issues are listed below:
Poor management , untidy rooms, power problem , leakage in bathrooms, lizards and insects inside the rooms , no power backup , Unclean laundry.

Should avoid this hotel , if you dont want to spoil your vacations.

Great place to stay of u plan to visit Goa, Great Service, hats off to hotel staffs, Nice quiet atmosphere, clean really big pool, Good value for money contact them directly and you will get rooms @ awesome rates. I met an English men who been staying in Goa for past 3 months and i can clearly see why :)

It was gr8 stay in little italy, i would share some experience with u, the moment v arrive in litlle italy it was before chek in time, but staff arrange room for us at that time &, usually u have to wait till the chek in time,
room was excellent(cozy with all amenities like tv,fridge,acc all was in good maintained,
room services was nice on time, i found it caring n evry time new designed craft by room boy. braek fast was on time infact we were let all the time but they serve without telling.
as it is italian hotel u ll get italian food dont worry u ll get soo many rest near .pool was well designed n maintain.
cullungute, (best beach 4 couple)beach 5 min walking distance frm hotel
Baga & Sequirim beaches are near to it it take hardly 10- 15 min
u will get wat ever u want becoz it it situated near market too. u'll get bike on rent so that u can have fun.
JUST TO SAY GO AND ENJOY IT IS GREAT PLACE FOR EVERY ONE TO STAY
