Its nice hotel i had been twice to this hotel . Its gud n t staff here r helpful n spa is located just down our rom. N a nice swimming pool ..

The hotel was good, preety neat and decent,
even the food was good,
the only problem was with the city tour they arranged.
first of all its not a hotel bus its sort of pickup bus going to all the hotel in that particular area.
for us it was our honeymoon and we expected some decent couples on board but to our shock and surprise there were some 13 bachelors who boarded the bus and started nuisance. i dont blame the young chaps since they have come to enjoy GOA.
the hotel should make a point to arrange a separate bus for couples and another for bachelors, of course they should charge more for it and inform the couples before hand.
for us it was like a nightmare all the way thinking when we will be back to hotel.

NItya is perfectly located and its biggest asset is the manager 'Dinesh'. He goes beyond and helps you fix up bike/car rentals, plan the trip and at an unbelievable price even during peak holiday season. We had an incident where a friend had an accident and we did not have enough cash at 1am. He helped us and used his contacts to reach us even that late at night. I especially love the pool area where you can unwind. The restraunt has a pool table and some good Indian food. Rooms are clean and I have stayed here thrice and never had any problems.

The hotel rooms are spacious clean and good.
They have lockers and mini fridge in each room.
There was electric kettle in room with tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk small pouches in the room. Wifi connectivity in all rooms.
The place is just 5 mins ride from calangute beach.
Though the name is Nitya Resort the feel and ambiance is of a hotel.
They have a small swimming pool but was closed for cleaning.
If you buy a package they serve all food and tea.
The wine bottle , sightseeing tour and boat cruise are complimentary.
The attached restaurant Spice Lounge serves all type of food and drinks.
For AP you have buffet breakfast and dinner (the menu did change daily and has one non-veg item). The lunch is served (if you go on sight seeing trip you miss it).


There was a team which was there for training from Latur Hotel Management College.
The boys were very eager to serve and help. There is Amanya SPA center in the premises (there is also a plastic surgery center Loocs, dont know how many have taken advantage of it).
