Price - Very high for the amenities it offers
Bathrooms - stinks
Bedsheets and quilts - they don't change it after a guest checks-out. You will have to ask them. If you forget, they too will.
Room number and the number on the key will be different. Ensure to check this out.
Cleanliness - Take a broom along with you. If they don't clean it, possibly you could.
Plumbing apparatus - turn the shower handle and it will detach and come into your hands
Swimming pool - good in the photo, but actually is a joke
Restaurant - Tables and chairs are available - there was nothing for dinner. We had to go out.
Room arrangements - pathetic, please don't bother
Breakfast - They promise buffet breakfast (as part of the deal) and ask you to choose between Aloo Paratha (stretchable plastic) and Poori Bhaji (not tried). The Tea was good. They offered hot water, sugar, milk and tea-bag and we made it.
Staff courtesy - Down right rude. Especially the owner. He doesn't care about customers. If you don't believe, try conversing with him.
Parking - As advised by the staff, parked our car right in front of the hotel and the staff moved something over the bonnet and left scratch marks. The owner flatly said, 'not the hotel responsibility'. Said, 'scratches form even if water is poured on it', we couldn't help laughing. He further added, 'we drive mercedes and BMWs, and we don't bother about such scratches' - phew! Whatever happened to niceties with customers. We told him that we would write about the state of affairs on the net (on Trip Advisor) and he said, 'thank you'. So here it is.
Location - Nice location. No complaints. But then this has nothing to do with the hotel. It is incidental that the hotel is close to the beach.
Overall - Don't even bother. You will be disappointed. If you read this review and still book the hotel and stay there, you must be desperate. Are you?
