Great hotel, very good services, cordial staff, very hospitable.. felt at home. food in da restraunt is amazing... a pool to drown all ur stress. well maintained rooms. very cosy.. they wl provide u evrything u need like cofee makers,etc.. jst in front is a garage where u can rent bikes to explore goa.. the hotel is strategically located near calungute beach.. Calungute is the hub of activity in goa. nearby are other beaches like baga, candoli,&anjuna.. also there r discos nearby like Mambos & Titos. Overall it was an amazing experience.. look forward at staying here again at my visit next year... Hats off to C.G.

Pro: quite close to the busy calangute area - many shops and bars; rooms are big enough and quite ok; availability and price are ok as well.
Cons: Personally the Calangute Area was too busy for me and the beach was the worst during my nice stay in Goa. Breakfast was far from great, hotel service also has room to improve. room was not so clean on a second look, had to let them change bed sheets on arrival and a foul smell came from the bathroom. Swimming pool is pretty useless as it is on the back side of the hotel - not sure if anybody goes there although appeared quite clean.
there is also a small bar/disco on the ground level in the evenings which can either be good or bad depends if you want it quiet or party. All in all I believe there are better hotels for the price but it was not easy to compete with the other hotels/areas during our trip.

We had booked the rooms from the Mumbai office for Deluxe 2 days and Suite 2 days. The stay was really memorable as the rooms are really neat, well maintained. The service is very prompt and the bathrooms are spic and span. The food/breakfast there also has lots of varieties and very good to eat. The staff members are very friendly helpful. The hotel is nearby to calangute market and beach and baga beach. Since the hotel is in a busy area its safe to roam around late nites. Overall it has the value for the money your paying and it will make ur holidays more fun loving. The photos uploaded are exactly how the rooms actually look like.

My hotel booking happened through their office in Mumbai whose personnel were quite professional. Two biggest positives about this hotel is it's location & up-keep of the rooms. It's located at a distance of 0.5 kms from Calangute circle. So although it's at a walkable distance from the commercial hub & calangute beach, it's still away from the noise and traffic of Calangute. The rooms including bathrooms were maintained very neatly making it an ideal place for any family to stay. We took executive rooms which had spacious balconies. Bathroom had running hot water facility. The service staff were decent. Swimming pool is very small though. Restaurant was decent enough serving good break fast and food. All in all, its a very good hotel and one can definitely stay here without any concern.
