I am abhishek from Mumbai we went in a group of 18 guys. Very clean hotel, clean western style toilets. Not absolutely on the beach but 10-15 minutes walk. 5-10 minutes from most of the nightclubs and party spots(by car/bike). The owner is very hospitable and co-operative. Very affordable and overall a very good deal for the price being charged. The only thing missing is room service, but it is so well located that you will not need any!!! Thanks Dominic sir we had a lovely stay.

Hi...I am Nisha from Delhi...me and my family went to Goa recently in Nov. It was one of the memorable holidays we had in Nikita Residency there. The room we stayed in was clean and with all the amenities like fridge, split ac, TV, wardrobe etc. The hotel was at a walking distance to the main beaches of Goa.The owner..Mr. D'souza was very kind and made sure that the room was ready before we reached the hotel. We would stay in there every time we visit Goa without any doubt. It gives a feeling of being at home. I would suggest this hotel to anybody who is looking for a great hospitality at the best price....!!!

My story with Nikita residency goes back to 2009 when i was searching online for a cheap budget hotel in goa and i came across nikita residency, after that me and my friends have been staying here every december for the past 2 years. Good & clean rooms a fridge, spilt ac in the room , clean bathrooms, tv, kitchen, and a good host ( Dominic Dsouza) what else can you ask for. For me and my friends who visit goa every year during december , nikita residency feels like home. Breakfast and a number of other things to munch on are available all through out the day. I still remember last year i was craving for the some Goan Prawns vindaloo and Mr Dominic's wife offered to make it for us. Baga / candolim & calangute are close by and nikita residency is centrally located. For us spending a few thousand rupees on a hotel is not a big deal, but if i can get a good affordable apartment which feels like our own and with perfect hosts who see to it that everything is taken care of all the time. Nikita residency seems PERFECT.. !!!!! ...Im just done with my booking for December and it seems its going to be nikita residency again. :-)...

Well I went there with my wife during mid-August '11 & must say we had a great time. The hotel rooms were really nice with facilities like split AC, TV, mini Fridge, wardrobe, dressing, 2sofachair/table, kitchen shelf with basin, balcony etc etc. The bathrooms were clean & tidy. But the best part was the hastle free service given the owner of the property (Dominic D'Souza) who was a very nice humble chap. The rooms were maintained in a very professional manner, cleaned reqularly (like any good hotel) and the prices were very competitive (like any Goa guest house / family lodge/ Rs. 1500 for this Deluxe Room)..My wife had also arranged for a surprise room decoration for me & the owner was supportive enough to get the whole thing done (with balloons etc) before even we checked in - (it was chargeable offcourse) ..The only negative side was a soft/a bit old double bed mattress ( i like hard beds) .. but still an Overall excellent experiece for me..
