Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms can be described as-Serene, calm, homely, dignified, value for money. I traveled to Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms during New Year(31st Dec'11-04th Jan'12) and again fin Jan'12(25th Jan'12-29th Jan'12). Goa is a nice place to break someone's routine life. The number of times i visit Goa is 11-12 trips a year. I LOVE GOA. And resorts like Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms make me come back to Goa every now and then. Its located on Benaulim Beach Road. The approach to the hotel is simply amazing-petty shops, small restaurants, bikes on hire, a mix of local and the travelers crowd, adds to the look of the resort. The staff is courteous and friendly with prompt service and of great assistance. The rooms are well maintained and some of them are undergoing renovations to make our stay more comfortable. As one enters the resort, you are greeted by the warmth and friendly smile of the gate keeper and the porters. At the reception, you are again greeted by the well groomed receptionists who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The beautiful and handsome staff are a treat. The staff is courteous and friendly with prompt service and of great assistance. The rooms are well maintained and some of them are undergoing renovations to make our stay more comfortable. The swimming pool is also well maintained, keeping in mind the influx of so many travelers using them. The bar near the pool, is a cute addition. One needs to taste the masala omelette, and aloo parantha's from the restaurant. Check-in and Check-out is simple and easy. But the reception staff needs to be informed a earlier to make our and their job simple. One needs to try the K-Spa at the resort. We were running short of time, hence couldn't use them. To sum up the stay at the resort, its worth giving it a shot and i am confident, everyone would like to come back to the resort. I DEFINITELY WOULD COME BACK TO Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms :-)

When we were shown to our appartment we couldn't believe our eyes as the place was very dirty with bird droppings on the balcony. We complained about the dirt and were given another appartment that seemed to be slightly better but took it as we had been travelling 27 hours and were in need of a rest. On closer inspection we found the place to be just as dirty. The furniture was old and stained, fridge was rusty and dirty, bathroom was grotty, bed linen and bath towels faded and stained

They provide family accommodation one bed room and living room with small kitchen platform for your urgent food needs. TV, Fridge, air con, geyser, gas stove, useful utensils give you perfect homely atmosphere. the beach is walking distance and you can have lot of water sports there. just outside the hotel, a super market. car/bike rentals, restaurants are available . hotel has a nice swimming pool, gymnasium, locker facility, games , magic shows etc. room service is good . variety of food is available. house keeping is prompt. it is a neat and clean place to stay. a perfect holiday resort i would like to go there again.
