Our fifth visit was as wonderful as our first. I can not add to the compliments paid by other visitors but am reposting because it strikes me that we have not done justice to the sheer comfort of the place; the beds, the pool loungers, the dining and patio chairs all are comfy (although we miss the traditional planters chairs on the patio!). Food remains exceptional, our new favourite was the mixed salad, but the old faithfuls did not disappoint either. The beach drop service is exceptional, every year they put up with taking us down a very difficult side road to our favourite beach shack,although we are not sure why we bother stirring from the garden at the Presa.

After spending hours browsing internet, looking for a perfect hotel, my husband found some boutique hotels. And I didn't take a second to finalize upon Presa Di Goa the moment I browsed through the hotel's site.
And wowwww...IT IS PERFECT... :) :) :)

Exquisit little hotel. Eduard the owner is a charming host overlooking every activity of his staff with eagles eyes. He makes you feel welcome and tries to find a solution to all his guests wishes. The rooms are decorated with taste; each one in its own different charm. The gardens and pool area are spotless and the food in the outside pergola delicious.
So if one is looking for morning coffee on own balcony, massage in tent next to the pool, breakfast in restaurant or next to the pool, free shuttle service to the beaches and much more this is the place in Goa.
Thank you Eduard for a wounderful stay in your special dream place. I will be back one day.

I am an old one. My first time in Goa was 32 years ago, the last time before this one was 22 years back. Most of the old Goa as I experienced it is gone, but in Presa di Goa you can still feel it. The beautiful garden and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
Edward, the manager and former Swissotel general manager, has selected a most wonderful staff: every single person is sincerely friendly and willing to help. My son got ill and they were really concerned and supportive. We stayed only three nights and couldn't go out much because of my son's illness, but we couldn't have wished for a better place to be.
The room was comfortable, terrace lovely, breakfast very tasty. The restaurant (next to the swimming pool) serves excellent food (for me.... and banana yoghurt for junior).
