Everything about this resort is wonderful. Extensive manicured gardens. Good selection of bars and restaurants. The pool area was a little on the small side but it never felt crowded. I would absolutely recommend the Standard premier room. The room was luxurious and spacious,everything you could possibly want in a luxury...

This is the worst hotels of all. The rooms are smelly, there is no room service and the so called complimentary breakfast will charge you even if you ask for some extra butter. The swimming pool is pathetic. One frog jumped in it in front of me.
The overall property is too old and ugly. Don't go to it even if its very less in cost.

This resort is located very near (about 1 KM) to the Calangute beach. There are several apartments within the resort compound. I got 2 single BHK non AC houses at Rs 900 each. The rooms are big, no WiFi, no intercomm. Still they have a TV, fridge, dressing table, cupboard, sofa and a kitchen. The look and feel of the place is really dated. You could ensure that the room is cleaned and sheets/towels are changed before you check in. The staff is not much cordial though. The resort has a nice swimming pool, and beautiful view of a hill, ample parking space and each room has multiple balconies. Breakfast was complimentary with less choice. Overall it's fine for the money that one pays. Prices usually go up during tourist seasons.

I booked this hotel through yatra.com for five nights from 4th Oct to 09th Oct'2010,I visited there with my two friends.When we reached it was dark in there,there were no lights in the hotel,even in the rooms there are bulbs and no tube lights.Our breakfats was included in the package and they serve only one paratha or toast or aaloo poori with tea or coffee and I am sure you will order something to have your complete breakfast meal,and you can not even drink tea,because it was aweful.There is no room service,no helpful staff.The only thing which was clean in that hotel was swimming pool.We also took scooty on rent from the hotel only and at the time of checkout they said there are some defects in the scooty and we have to pay for that,and after some argument they agreed that we have not done anything.It was not a good experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.Anyone can find a good hotel at the same price near Baga or Calangute beach.
