The house, the natural beauty of the area, and the attention of the hosts made our stay wonderful. We have been to many b&b's - and this might be the best ever. The healthy breakfasts, recommendations on where to eat and places to see were all spot on. David and Eric are funny and helpful.

My husband and I just had one night for a little anniversary getaway, and it was wonderful. My favorite was the quiet!!! We have two very noisy children, so not having the tv blaring and them yelling was awesome. The grounds have 100-year-old oak trees that form a canopy, and the front porch with its rockers and swings makes the best place for morning coffee after a sinfully delicious breakfast prepared by David. It was three courses with the best grits and even dessert (lemon pie to die for). Since it was Christmas time at the time of our stay they had their 14-foot tree up, which was a sight to behold. We spent some time in the living room just enjoying it and the quiet. You will not be disappointed visiting. It is charming, very relaxing, and you will be treated like royalty.

We stayed here for our anniversary last night, and the only negative comment I have is that we didn't stay long enough. David was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome, greeting us at the car with a smile and help with our bags. After a tour of the home, we walked down the street and watched the fish jumping in the Magnolia River. We enjoyed our dinner at Jessie's right down the street, with dessert compliments of Magnolia Springs B&B. Our 3-course breakfast was delicious, and ended with some of the best lemon meringue pie I've ever tastes (sorry Mom). Next time, we will budget more time here...we will be back for sure!

Magnolia Springs has become our go to place for our anniversary and any other time we can get away for a few days.Where to start? The beautiful home and town itself with it's oaks and magnolias!-the amazing breakfasts!-Eric and David -the 2 most wonderful hosts who make you feel completely at home and totally pampered ! Each time we go we have the most perfect visit and we don't want to leave-but each time is even better than the last-and we wonder how you improve on perfection ? Well I guess it's just the miracle and magic of Magnolia Springs that you just have to experience for yourself to truly understand.
