I stay in hotels 3-4 nights per week and I stay at a lot of Comfort Suites because I like the extra space of the room and the sofa area. This particular Comfort Suites is in a good location for access to many restaurants and is clean but the furnishings are a little beat up and show wear & tear compared to all the other Comfort Suites I have stayed at. The amazing thing is that it is also probably the most expensive Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. I also had to wait at the front desk over 5 minutes to check in while the clerk was eating pizza and talking on the phone. Overall it's very clean but I would consider another hotel in the same area considering the price I paid.

We first stayed here on 4 August. We had 6 people in a suite that was handicap accessible. Overall, the room was great! Nice size, large bathroom. The only complaint is that the sofa bed is awful! The springs in the bed were poking me the whole night.

However, we stayed again on 7 August in the same type of room, but the room we got was completely different. There was a weird smell in the room, no towels were provided, and there was no tub in the bathroom! Instead, there was just an empty shower type area with a drain in the floor. Also, there was a really bright red light in the bathroom, very weird.

The good news is that the staff was very helpful, and they switched our room to the same one we were in the first night.

Overall, not much to complain about. Large rooms, very reasonable prices, free breakfast, and free WiFi.

Just got here and I am impressed. The lobby looks like an expensive hotel, free coffee, very clean indoor pool. The room is 308, this room is very clean and spaceous. T.V. is huge and swivels to improve the view for everyone. Water fall in the driveway is lovely. Bathroom is very nice, toiletries available, ice machine and coke machines just around the corner. I can not say anything except I am very pleased. We are heading across the parking lot to eat at Logans Steakhouse... YUM

The manager worked hard to make things right. When the pool was unheated he fixed it right away and brought us fresh towels as well.

The breakfasts were very good.

The rooms were clean and quiet.
