It's an InTown Suites, not a Suburban Lodge. Housekeeping tried to keep it clean, but rough clientele that didn't care. A/C had mold growing in it and was very noisy and finally had to be replaced. Replacement unit not quite as loud but still had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. Ceilings very thin, and people very loud, so contractors staying in the room above me sounded like a herd of cattle when they got up in the morning. Some very rough people staying there. It was especially quaint watching guys drink beer in the parking lot in the evening and leave their beer cans and other trash. Staff was nice and I felt sorry for them trying to keep the place clean. Room doors don't fit flush which made noise even worse. HBO and wireless internet, but it was usually slow in the evening. Bottom Line: It's cheap and you get what you pay for.

Issues such as the ones you described should be brought to the attention of management or our after hours courtesy officer so that they may be addressed.
