Reserved a stay here for 4 nights and left after the first night. Staff here acts like they are doing you a favor to even let you stay here. Some of the worst guest treatment I've ever experienced. As an SPG Plat they treated me horribly - just plain rude, non accommodating and when I spoke up and asked for a manager - none were ever available...they all hide in the back. I can only imagine how they treat you if you are not part of their loyalty program.

The only thing good about this hotel is location (attached to an outdoor shopping mall), but rooms are small, costs are high for what you get and wifi internet doesn't work in some of the rooms and staff is terrible. Not recommended at all.

My wife and I stayed here in January and really enjoyed it. We've stayed here several times and are always treated like we are special guest. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great.The room was very clean and comfortable with no complaints.It is located at the Bridge Street Town Center and has a movie theater and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

This hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and roomy. I particularly like the double headed shower. There were many of us staying there and it was inconvenient getting to anybody else's room due to the fact that the elevators are secure and will only go to your floor with the swipe of your room key. There is a bar and a restaurant on premises. The restaurant is actually a grille but the food is great. Be prepared for the expenses, this is not a budget hotel and the prices at the bar reflect it.

The Westin in Huntsville has it all - great location next to movies, tons of dining & shopping. Excellent and spacious rooms. Impeccable and Friendly service from the minute you enter the front door. Awesome fitness center and outdoor patio area. I've stayed here several times and never left disappointed.
