Reserved a stay here for 4 nights and left after the first night. Staff here acts like they are doing you a favor to even let you stay here. Some of the worst guest treatment I've ever experienced. As an SPG Plat they treated me horribly - just plain rude, non accommodating and when I spoke up and asked for a manager - none were ever available...they all hide in the back. I can only imagine how they treat you if you are not part of their loyalty program.
The only thing good about this hotel is location (attached to an outdoor shopping mall), but rooms are small, costs are high for what you get and wifi internet doesn't work in some of the rooms and staff is terrible. Not recommended at all.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback and the shortcomings of your visit. We are sorry for the late response to your review but wanted to take the time to research the items mentioned. Unfortunately, there was not a suite available for the entire length of your stay at the time of your request. Because we are a smaller property, we do not have a SPG designated lounge and we understand that this was an added frustration for you. The shift Front Desk Supervisor did call your room to address the issues but did not receive a call back to offer a solution. When she attempted to follow up again, your room was vacant as you had already checked out. We deeply apologize that we did not exceed your expections.
