I would like to say that my husband and co-worker had a bed bug experience and was refunded and forced out of their rooms by the General Manager, Beverly Schesey. She actually made my husband feel it was their fault which my husband has attained an atty immediately after a police report, hospital for treatement documentation, environmental health report and code enforcement. We are now locating the Council Committee to go see the torment he incurred the 9 days they were there!!!!

The GM has no remorse or sympathy stating this happens all the time! Oh well, she needs to warn her residents!

The police were amazed to see the thousands of bugs in my husband and co-workers beds and luggage. Also, they said it gave them the creeps. But legal action has begun! No one deserves the mental anguish, pain, negligence, fraud, embarassment, humiliation or incurred expenses due to their neglect!!!

I've had been staying at InTown Suites during business trips for the last few years. I had gotten three rooms on this trip.
Roger is gone, the new manager is named Kris and is among the rudiest and most unprofessional people I have ever met.
The rooms were filthy and had roaches. Two of my employees rooms had Bed Bugs!!!
This kind of thing never happened when Roger was there!! The new manager "Kris" simply did not care,...she tried to make it look like the condition of the rooms was our fault, trust me it wasn't.
There is a security guard that works at night. I was going to my car for some paperwork and was confronted by him. I was told I wasn't allowed to come out of my room after dark!! I told him I had to get paperwork from my car and he said I had to " get what you need and get back in your room!" When did this become prison?!
We left before the week was over and went to Value Place...I will never go back to InTown Suites again!
