I was so pleasantly surprised with my room. I booked my room, THEN looked at the reviews. Was quite nervous about what I might find, but decided to give it a go anyway . Boy was I very pleased that I did! There was a mix up on my reservation (I had changed the arrival date by 1 day later and it didn't seem to take the change) but even that was "no problem". The gentleman that checked me in @ 10:15pm was very nice, engaging and even took care about where he put me (lone female traveling). I would most definately stay here again. It isn't one of the luxury hotels downtown, but I didnt have to pay that price either! You get a good value for the price you pay! Make your own opinion.

Worst Quality or Choice Hotel property I have seen. Graffiti in the halls and elevators. Room nowhere up to standards for chain. In need of serious renovation - or demolition.

The Good: the staff was friendly and the included breakfast was decent and full of variety. The beds fairly comfortable, and the hotel was mostly quiet at night

The Bad: This hotel looks like it might be in need of a bit of repair. The room was mostly clean and and the upholstery and beds were in good shape, but the bathroom had a fair bit of cracked paint and water damage. Nothing to prevent me from staying, but it certainly looked like it had gone a bit longer without being repaired than it should have. The doors are a bit chipped and old-looking from the outside, too.

In the morning, the water was unexpectedly cut out to the entire hotel, and I had to wait about 1.5 hours before I could take a shower for repairs to be completed. It was repaired on time, but might be a sign of future problems.

housekeeping never came to my room even after i called to tell them to come. i called the front dest to speak with someone and got "cordero" who in turn told me i must have had the do not disturb sign on the door. wth....after my stay i checked my bank statement only to find they charged me twice for my stay!!!!!!! location is terrible you can hear all the noise from the highway...this hotel needs serious upgrades...
